We put fresh jasmine flowers and tencha together, then dry them slightly to allow the tencha
to fully absorb the fragrance of the jasmine flowers.
We then do it a second time to allow the tencha to have the full jasmine fragrance,
and then grind it into matcha powder.
Regarding fruit-flavored matcha powder (Mango, banana, lemon, Strawberry), we have customers asking if we can make it.
We plan to purchase equipment that can evenly mix matcha powder and fruit powder,
